Gioel Leads

A mobile-first web app that Gioel sales representatives use to plan their week: choose which contacts to call, log how each call went, book product presentations, and see how the week is going. Built and operated by DS2 Agency for Gioel's sales network in Italy.

What the app does

Fill the week's contact list

Each representative picks the contacts to work on from their own phone book, past leads, existing customers, business searches by area, and referrals.

Log every call

One screen per call: outcome, notes, follow-up date, and whether a presentation or an event invitation was agreed.

Book presentations

When a customer agrees to a presentation, the representative sets the date and time and finds the contact again in the appointments list.

See the numbers

Counters and a weekly report show calls made, presentations booked, and outcomes, per source and per week.

The app is a progressive web app: it runs in the browser and can be installed on Android and iOS from the browser menu. It works on the phone the representative already carries, with no app store install.

Who can use it

Gioel Leads is a private business tool, not a consumer service. Accounts are created by DS2 Agency for Gioel sales representatives and managers — there is no public sign-up, and the data inside the app is visible only to the representative who entered it, plus the client's own administrators.

Google Calendar connection

A representative can optionally connect their own Google Account, so the app can show their availability while they are agreeing a date with a customer and save the appointment straight to their calendar. This page describes the app behind the OAuth client "Gioel Leads App Calendar Connection".

Permission requested	What the app does with it
`https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events`	Reads events from the representative's primary calendar for the next 7 to 14 days, to display which days and time slots are already taken. Creates one calendar event when the representative confirms an appointment in the app. It never edits or deletes events it did not create.
Name and email address (sign-in)	Identifies the representative and matches them to their existing app account.

What happens to the data. Calendar events read by the app are shown on the representative's own screen and are never written to our database or our logs. What we do store are the Google tokens needed to create events on their behalf, in a database hosted in the European Union. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full detail: Privacy Policy, Section 4.

Turning the connection off

In the app: profile screen → Google Calendar → Disconnetti. The stored tokens are deleted immediately.
From the Google Account: myaccount.google.com/permissions → select the app → Remove access.

The rest of the app keeps working without the connection — only the calendar screens are hidden.
